Return Policy
Applicable to consumers in Denmark
1. Right of withdrawal according to Danish consumer law
As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item without giving a reason .
Conditions for withdrawal:
The item must be returned in new condition , i.e. unused, unopened and in original packaging .
You must contact us within 14 days of receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel the purchase.
After you have informed us, you have 14 days to return the item .
Note: If the item is used or damaged, the refund may be deducted or the return may be rejected .
2. Defective or damaged products
In the case of defective or damaged products, a statutory right of complaint of 2 years applies.
In such cases, we cover all return costs .
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@solfaro.com in case of errors or damage.
3. Exchange
Exchanges are possible under the same conditions as returns:
Only for new, unused products in original packaging
Within 14 days of receipt
4. Return process
Send an email to info@solfaro.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
You will receive a return label that you can download and print .
Pack the item securely and deliver the package to a drop-off location .

No refill fees are charged.
5. Refund
Once we have received and checked the returned item:
We will process the refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be made via the same payment method used when ordering.
The amount will be refunded in Danish kroner (DKK) and automatically converted to your local currency, if applicable.
6. Exceptions
The following products cannot be returned unless they are defective:
Products with broken hygiene seals (e.g. cosmetics, personal care)
Digital products or custom-made goods
