1. What are the shipping costs within Denmark?
We offer free shipping on all orders within Denmark, with no minimum purchase amount.
2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Processing time : Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend may take slightly longer.
Delivery time : Once your order has been processed, the average delivery time is 4-7 business days.
3. Will I get a track & trace number for my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a personal track & trace code via email. With this, you can follow your package via our shipping partner.
4. Can I have my order shipped the same day?
For urgent shipments, we recommend that you contact our customer service directly. We will be happy to help you find a suitable solution.
5. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If a product is damaged during shipping, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Refunds are not possible initially. If it goes wrong again, you will of course get a full refund.

7. What happens if my package gets lost?
If a package gets lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a replacement first. If the order is still not received after 30 days, a full refund can be requested.
