General terms and conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
In these conditions, the following terms and conditions apply:
Right of withdrawal : the period during which the consumer can withdraw from the contract;
Consumer : a natural person who is not acting in the course of a trade or profession and who enters into a contract with a trader;
Day : calendar day;
Long-term agreement : a distance sales agreement concerning a number of products/services where delivery is spread over time;
Durable data carrier : any means on which information can be stored and accessed unchanged;
Entrepreneur : natural or legal person who offers products or services at a distance;
Distance sales contract : a contract concluded using communication technology without physical presence;
Distance communication technology : a means that can be used to conclude agreements without simultaneous physical presence.

Article 3 – Scope
These conditions apply to all offers from Solfaro and to all distance selling agreements between Solfaro and the consumer.
The terms and conditions are made available to the consumer before the contract is concluded.
Article 4 – The Offer
Offers are non-binding unless otherwise stated. Limitations on validity are clearly stated.
The offer contains an accurate and honest description of products/services. Obvious errors are not binding.
Article 5 – Conclusion of the Agreement
The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated terms.
Upon electronic acceptance, Solfaro immediately confirms receipt.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal
The consumer may cancel his agreement within 90 days of receipt without giving any reason.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging , and only opened to the extent necessary for assessment.
Article 7 – Costs of cancellation
The consumer pays for the return themselves.
In the event of cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded within 14 days of return via the same payment method.
Article 8 – Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products with a broken hygiene seal or specially made goods, if this is stated before purchase.
Article 9 – Prices
All prices are stated in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Import VAT and customs duties may be charged for deliveries outside the EU.
Solfaro reserves the right to change prices in the event of changes in legislation. Errors in prices do not give rise to a claim for delivery at an incorrect price.
Article 10 – Compliance and warranty
Products are delivered in accordance with the agreement, applicable legislation and normal use.
Warranty is provided in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations. Damage resulting from improper use, modification or external conditions is not covered.
Article 11 – Delivery and performance
Delivery takes place to the address provided by the consumer.
Processing time: 1–3 business days , delivery time: 3–4 business days , total: max. 7 business days .
In the event of delays, the consumer will be informed within 30 days and may cancel the agreement. Refunds will be made no later than 14 days after cancellation .
Article 12 – Long-term agreements
Agreements without a time limit can be terminated by the consumer with 1 month's notice .
Agreements can only be extended if stated in the terms and conditions and the consumer retains the right of termination.
Article 13 – Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made within 7 working days of conclusion.
The consumer must immediately inform Solfaro of any errors in payment information.
In the event of non-payment, reasonable collection costs may be charged.
Article 14 – Complaints processing
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of discovering errors.
Responses will be given within 14 days .
In the event of longer processing, preliminary confirmation will be provided with an expected response time.
Timely and justified complaints may lead to repair, replacement or refund.
Article 15 – Disputes
All agreements between Solfaro and the consumer are subject to Danish law , even if the consumer lives abroad.
